摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法对ZSM-5-MCM-41复合分子筛进行改性,物性分析表明改性后合成的复合分子筛兼具微孔和介孔结构,活性组分为Co_(3)O_(4)和NiO,比表面积为626 m^(2)/g。吸附脱硫实验表明合成材料在负载量为10%,浸渍时间12 h,吸附用量为0.08 g/mL,反应温度为25℃时的脱硫率可达96.78%。The microporous and mesoporous composite molecular sieves(ZSM-5-MCM-41)as the support,a kind of adsorbent Ni-Co/MCM-41-ZSM-5 was prepared by using impregnation method.Physical characterization experiments showed that the composite molecular zeolite had both microporous and mesoporous structures,and the active components of the adsorbents were Co 3O 4 and NiO with a total specific surface area of 626 m 2/g.Adsorption desulfurization experiment showed that under the the loaded quality of nickel and cobalt is 10%,impregnation time 12 h,the dosage of the synthetic material was 0.08 g/mL,under the adsorption temperature is 25℃,the desulfurization rate of gasoline can reach 96.78%.
