摘  要:选MCM-41为载体,使用氧化铝和硫酸对介孔分子筛进行酸改性,负载铁离子制备异相芬顿催化剂,酸强度定性测定;测试苯酚降解活性。酸改性后的催化性能优于均相芬顿催化剂,可以在中性条件下使用,避免了废水的预酸化和后续的中和等工序,大大降低了使用成本和对环境的危害。降解率随温度的升高逐渐增大,催化剂用量和双氧水的用量增加都能提高降解效果。MCM-41 was selected as the carrier,using aluminum-sulfuric acid,modification of mesoporous molecular sieve load metal ions should be made heterogeneous catalysts.The catalyst was characterized by qualitative determination of acid strength.This article examines the phenol in three kinds of effects of catalyst,and looked at temperature,catalyst dosage,the effect of hydrogen peroxide dosage of phenol degradation rate,and compared with the homogeneous catalyst.Results show that heterogeneous catalyst of catalytic ability is superior to the homogeneous catalysts.It can be used under neutral conditions,avoiding the pre acidification and subsequent neutralization of wastewater,greatly reducing the use cost and harm to the environment.The degradation rate increased with the increase of temperature,the degradation effect can be improved by increasing the amount of catalyst and hydrogen peroxide solution.
