摘　　要：抗病毒药物在新型冠状病毒患者的临床治疗中发挥了巨大作用。以抗病毒药物阿比朵尔的合成路线为例,结合有机化学课程中相关章节的理论基础知识,探讨了其中的有机化学反应。不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性,还能够培养学生运用理论基础知识解决实际问题的能力,能够取得较好的教学效果。Antiviral drugs play a great role in fighting the Corona Virus Disease.Taking the synthetic route of the antiviral drug Abidol as an example,this paper discusses the organic chemical reactions in combination with the basic knowledge of the relevant chapters in the course of organic chemistry.It can not only improve the students′interests and enthusiasm in learning,but also cultivate their abilities to use the theoretical basic knowledge to solve the practical problems,resulting in better teaching results.
