微酸性氧化电位水和低浓度过氧乙酸协同消毒消化内镜效果评价

摘  要:通过消毒剂菌悬液定量杀菌试验和对消化内镜的现场模拟试验,比较微酸性氧化电位水(Slightly Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water,SEOW)和浓度为0.23%的过氧乙酸溶液(Peroxyacetic Acid,PAA)复合而成的新型消毒剂和2%戊二醛对消化内镜消毒效果。结果显示,当消毒时间为10min时,两者杀灭率均大于99.99%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但时间缩短30%。由此可见,该种新型消毒剂对消化内镜的短时间消毒能力优于2%戊二醛。By disinfectants,suspension quantitative bactericidal test and field simulation test of digestive endoscopy,more acidic oxidation potential Water(Slightly Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water,SEOW)solution and the concentration of 0.23%peracetic acid(PAA)peroxyacetic acid,compound and into a new type of disinfectant and 2%glutaraldehyde on the digestive endoscope disinfection effect,result,when the sterilization time is 10 min,the killing rate were greater than 99.99%,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).But it’s 30 percent shorter.Therefore,the ability of this new disinfectant to disinfect digestive endoscopy in a short time is better than 2%glutaraldehyde.
