摘　　要：随着医疗技术的不断进步,近些年疾病诊断技术得到了快速发展,这为临床各种疾病的诊断提供了更多选择,有效提高了疾病诊断的准确性和可靠性。动态心电图是在临床疾病诊断中应用较为广泛的诊断方法,其可以对患者的心电情况进行24~48h持续记录,可以更好地发现患者的心电异常情况,具有良好的诊断效果,特别是在冠心病、颈心综合征以及无痛性心肌缺血等疾病诊断中具有较高的应用价值。因此近些年很多专家对动态心电图在疾病诊断中的应用开展了大量的理论研究和临床实践研究,取得了很多新的认识。文章对此进行综述,以期更好地发挥动态心电图在临床疾病诊断中的作用。With the continuous progress of medical technology,disease diagnosis technology has developed rapidly in recent years.This provides more choices for clinical diagnosis of various diseases and effectively improves the accuracy and reliability of disease diagnosis.Dynamic electrocardiogram is a widely used diagnostic method in clinical disease diagnosis.It can record the ECG of patients continuously for 24-48 hours,and can better find the abnormal ECG of patients.It has a good diagnostic effect,especially in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,neck heart syndrome and painless myocardial ischemia and other diseases.So in recent years,many experts have carried out a lot of theoretical research and clinical practice research on the application of DCG in disease diagnosis,and obtained a lot of knowledge.This paper reviews these new understandings in order to give full play to the role of DCG in the diagnosis of clinical diseases.
