摘  要:目的:探讨分析重型颅脑损伤开颅术后患者应用颅内压监护仪的临床指导价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年4月到本院行重型颅脑损伤开颅术治疗的80例患者展开研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均行止血、抗感染、神经营养及脱水对症治疗。对照组未在术后行颅内压监测,观察组在术后运用Codman颅内压监测仪设备进行硬膜下颅内压监护。结果:两组相比,甘露醇用量及用药时间相较差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在肾功能损害程度及电解质紊乱并发症发生率方面较对照组明显少,两组差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组预后评估优良率及重残死亡率相较差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患者行重型颅脑损伤开颅术后颅内压监护仪监测,能够减少患者的不良反应发生率,提高治疗预后。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of intracranial pressure monitor in patients with severe craniotomy.Methods:From January2019 to April 2020,80 patients with severe craniotomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The two groups were treated with hemostasis,anti infection,neuronutrition and dehydration.In the control group,intracranial pressure was not monitored postoperatively.In the observation group,subdural intracranial pressure was monitored postoperatively with.Codman Intracranial pressure monitor.Results:It was found that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with mannitol dosage and administration time(P<0.05);the observation group was significantly less than the control group in terms of the degree of renal function damage and the incidence of electrolyte disorder complications(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the excellent rate of prognosis evaluation and the severe disability mortality rate of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The monitoring of intracranial pressure monitor after craniotomy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the prognosis of treatment.
