柠檬酸稀释液联合热力对血液透析机的消毒效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究血液透析机的消毒剂柠檬酸稀释液联合热力的消毒效果。方法:选取本院内1台费森尤斯血液透析机、9台日机装透析机、4台金宝透析机作为研究对象,其中7台作为观察组,对其实施柠檬酸稀释液联合热力消毒的方法,7台作为对照组,实施常规消毒。对血液透析机进行内毒素、细菌培养检测,每组取样例次为2次,比对组间消毒前后的细菌菌落数、内毒素水平。结果:消毒后细菌菌落更低的组别为观察组(P<0.05),合格例数更高组别为观察组(P<0.05),消毒后内毒素比对,观察组内毒素水平相对偏低,存在比对优势,观察组合格比例更高(P<0.05)。结论:柠檬酸稀释液联合热力实现血液透析机消毒,能够实现细菌及芽孢的有效消灭。Objective:To explore the disinfection effect of the combined thermal force of the disinfectant citric acid dilution of the hemodialysis machine.Methods:This time selected our hospital 1 Fesenyus hemodialysis machine,9 daily machine-mounted dialysis machine,4 Jinbao dialysis machine as the object of discussion,the implementation of citric acid dilution joint thermal disinfection method,endotoxin,bacterial culture testing of the hemodialysis machine,each group sampled 2 times,compared to the number of bacterial fall before and after disinfection,endotoxin level.Results:The bacterial bacteri offstosis after disinfection of hemodialysis machine was lower than before disinfection(P<0.05),the number of qualified cases was higher(P<0.05),the endotoxin ratio before and after disinfection of hemodialysis machine was relatively low,there was a comparative advantage,and the proportion of qualified after disinfection was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined heat of citric acid dilution can be disinfected by hemodialysis machine,and the bacteria and spores can be effectively eliminated.
