摘  要:由多层共挤复合技术生产出来的薄膜是一种新型的塑料包装材料,它不仅可以发挥每层材料的优点,更可以弥补单层塑料薄膜所存在的一些性能缺陷,从而获得性能更优或者是满足当前特殊要求的包装薄膜。通过不同材料的层级间有效搭配和组合,薄膜可以同时拥有多种包装材料的特性,如阻隔性能、高强度、好的热封性、低成本等,从而使薄膜具有更高的性价比。本文从共挤复合薄膜的原料、工艺方法及应用等方面对塑料包装材料共挤复合技术的发展进行阐述,并对其未来的发展提出一些观点。The film produced by multi-layer coextrusion compounding technology is a new type of plastic packaging material.It can not only take advantage of the material of each layer,but also make up for some performance defects of single-layer plastic film,so as to obtain better performance.Excellent or a packaging film that meets the current special requirements.Through the effective combination and combination of layers of different materials,the film can simultaneously possess the characteristics of various packaging materials,such as barrier properties,high strength,good heat sealability,low cost,etc.,so that the film has higher cost performance.This paper expounds the development of co-extrusion technology of plastic packaging materials from the raw materials,process methods and applications of co-extruded composite films,and puts forward some views on its future development.
