摘  要:某公司每年更换下来的废钒催化剂约100t,这些废钒催化剂若不经处理,不仅占用大量仓储资源,而且这些废钒催化剂中的有毒有害成分,会随雨水不断冲刷而逐渐由地表渗入地下,毒害地面上的植被,既破坏土壤的结构,又污染地下水资源。目前处理废钒催化剂的工艺是生产钒渣工艺和生产五氧化二钒工艺。通过对比两种工艺进行优化,优选钒渣工艺流程。得出结论:采用工艺简单、无环境危害的钒渣提取工艺,使废钒催化剂中的有价金属得到充分利用,不仅可以解决废钒催化剂的环境污染问题,而且每年可创造一定的经济效益。The waste vanadium catalyst by company replaced every year is about 100 tons.These waste vanadium catalysts not only occupy a large amount of storage resources,but also because of the toxic and harmful components in these waste vanadium catalysts,will be washed away with rain water gradually,from the surface into the ground to poison the vegetation on the ground and destroy the structure of the soil,and pollute groundwater resources.At present,there are two processes of disposing waste vanadium catalyst,which are the process of producing vanadium slag and the process of producing divanadium pentaoxide.Comparing and optimizing the two processes,the process flow and principle of vanadium slag is recommened.It is concluded that the environmental pollution of waste vanadium catalyst can be solved by using the extraction process of vanadium slag which is simple and harmless to the environment,and every year can create certain economic benefits for the company.
