62m挥发窑托轮润滑系统改造的生产实践

摘　　要：机械设备运行的好坏程度,对于企业的发展至关重要,甚至会起到决定性的作用,因此机械设备的润滑保养工作是十分重要的。本文简述了某湿法冶炼厂Φ4.5m(内)×62m挥发窑改造的必要性及改造的生产实践。该挥发窑是四挡支撑结构,每个窑身滚圈由两个托轮支撑来承受整个回转部分的重量,托轮设计为转轴式,轴承采用滚动轴承,润滑方式为稀油润滑,由于润滑油供油压力不均匀,故障频发,现新设计一套干油润滑系统,运用于生产中后取得了较好的效果,从而提高机械设备的使用率,并降低了企业的成本,节约了开支。The quality of mechanical equipment operation is crucial to the development of enterprises,even play a decisive role,therefore,the lubrication and maintenance of mechanical equipment are very important.This article briefly describes some wet smelting Φ4.5 m(Inside)×62 m volatilization kiln the necessity of the reform and renovation of production practice.The volatilization kiln is four support structure,each the tyre-roller kiln body is supported by two roller to bear the weight of the rotary part,roller design for rotor,bearing adopts rolling bearing,lubrication method for thin oil lubrication,because of the uneven lube oil supply pressure,frequent malfunction,now the new design,a set of dry oil lubrication system,achieved good effect after using in production,so as to improve the utilization rate of machinery and equipment,and reduce the cost of enterprise,saving expenses.
