摘  要:针对目前油膜力模型空穴效应考虑不充分、计算速度优势不明显等问题,基于广义特征分解法(PGD),采用雷诺边界条件,提出了一种考虑空穴效应的动载有限长滑动轴承非线性油膜力模型,并给出了详细的求解方法与流程。数值算例表明,与传统的有限差分法(FDM)相比,基于新模型方法的油膜力计算速度最快可以提高近5倍,最低相对误差可以控制在1%以内,证明了所提方法的准确性与高效性。含润滑间隙铰接副的动力学分析依赖于对雷诺方程数十万次的求解,精度与效率往往不可兼得,在曲柄滑块多体系统中引入新计算模型,计算结果表明,在30×30和40×40的网格密度下,与传统有限差分法相比,基于新模型方法的单个计算周期所节省时间分别高达6 min和20 min,证明了所提方法的可靠性和工程应用价值。Based on the proper generalized decomposition(PGD)method,a calculation model with Reynolds boundary conditions for solving nonlinear oil film forces of finite length journal sliding bearing is established and the detailed solving process and method are proposed.The results show that compared with the FDM,the calculation speed can be increased by 4 times,and the relative error is controlled within 1%,which proves the accuracy and efficiency of the model.The dynamic analysis of lubricated clearance joints depends on the solution of Reynolds equation and the accuracy and efficiency can’t be satisfied simultaneously.The developed calculation model is applied to a multibody system with lubricated clearance joints and the results show that the new model can save 6 minutes and 20 minutes,respectively,in a single operation cycle under the grid density of 30×30 and 40×40 compared with the FDM,which proves the model’s feasibility and engineering application value.
