摘  要:宝钢5 m厚板轧钢工厂开展的数字化、网络化、智能化实践,尝试基于制造业原有四级控制系统的基础设施与数据资源,由业务驱动,开发工厂级数据中心,解决了工厂级数据中心系统实现架构、多频度异构工业数据采集、处理与存储等流程型制造业数字化与智能制造难题,具有广泛的适用性,为制造业从信息化、自动化向数字化和智能制造升级提供了路径和案例。In the practice of digitization,networking,and intelligence,Baosteel 5 m heavy plate mill attempts to develop a factory-level data center based on the infrastructure and data resources of the original four-level control system of the manufacturing industry,driven by production line business.It solves the digital and intelligent manufacturing problems of the process industry,such as data center design,multi-frequency heterogeneous industrial data collection,processing and storage,etc.It provides a path and case for the industry to upgrade from informatization and automation to digital and intelligent manufacturing and has a wide range of applicability.
