摘 要:以TRIZ理论为指导,提出一套基于知识的径向动静压滑动轴承油腔结构创新设计方法:以油腔结构须满足的润滑性能作为设计指导,建立油腔结构设计属性表,总结油腔结构的可创新角度;建立属性表与TRIZ工程参数对应的关联表;利用矛盾矩阵表查找发明原理,结合油腔的可创新角度把高度抽象的发明原理具体化,进而提出轴承油腔结构的创新设计方案。利用该设计方法提出一种六腔结构动静压滑动轴承,通过FLUENT验证,表明在轴径倾斜工况下,与四腔动静压滑动轴承相比其承载力具有优越性。There are many research literatures on the influence of oil cavity structure on the performance of hybrid bearing.A wealth of knowledge on oil cavity structure design has been accumulated.How to efficiently transform this knowledge into innovative results is worthy of research and exploration.Guided by TRIZ theory,a set of knowledge-based innovative design methods for the oil cavity structure of hybrid bearing were proposed.Taking the lubrication performance to be satisfied by the oil cavity structure as a design guide,the attribute table of oil cavity structure design was established and the innovative angle of the oil cavity structure was summarized.The attribute table corresponding to the TRIZ engineering parameters was established,the inventive principle was found by using the contradiction matrix table,and the innovative design scheme of the bearing oil cavity structure was proposed by combining the highly abstracted inventive principle with the innovative angle of the oil cavity.By using this design method,a new six-cavity structure hybrid bearing was proposed and verified by FLUENT.It is shown that the bearing capacity of the six-cavity structure hybrid bearing is superior to the four-cavity hybrid bearing when the shaft axis is inclined.
