摘  要:目的探讨890 nm红外激光治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年3月于钦州市第一人民医院内分泌科住院的80例2型糖尿病合并糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组饭前口服依帕司他,观察组在对照组基础上应用890 nm红外激光照射。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺陷(NDS)评分、下肢神经传导功能、认知功能相关生化指标[S-100B蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]。结果治疗前,两组NDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后NDS评分低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组下肢神经传导功能中腓神经运动和感觉传导速度高于治疗前,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周期后,观察组S-100B蛋白和NSE水平均低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用890 nm红外激光照射治疗,能有效改善周围神经功能,提高神经传导能力。Objective To explore the clinical application value of 890 nm infrared laser in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 80 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from January 2018 to March 2020 in the Department of Endocrine in the First People's Hospital of Qinzhou City were randomly divided into two groups,40 case in each group.The control group was received Epalrestat orally before meals,the observation group received 890 nm infrared laser irradiation on the basis of control group.The neurological deficit score(NDS),nerve conduction function of lower limbs and biochemical indexes related to cognitive function(S-100B protein,neuron-specific enolase[NSE])were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in NDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The NDS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor and sensory conduction velocity of peroneal nerve in lower limb nerve conduction function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After one cycle of treatment,the levels of S-100B protein and NSE in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,890 nm infrared laser irradiation therapy can effectively improve peripheral nerve function,so it also can improve nerve conduction ability.
