摘　　要：陈新瑜主任中医师系全国第三批师带徒学术继承人,师从重庆市名老中医罗本清主任医师,从事肝胆疾病研究多年,临床治疗慢性肝病经验丰富。本文总结其治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的经验,陈新瑜认为脏腑气血关系的病理变化贯穿于本病始终,以“血气不和”为基本病机;临床重视病因学治疗,注重恢复脏腑气血正常关系,以气血理论为指导,提出“调和气血,祛邪安脏”的总治则,根据病情程度分阶段、有层次用药,同时注重顾护正气,保护脏腑机能。Chief physician Chen Xin-yu is the third batch of academic heirs in the country,under the tutelage of the chief physician Luo Ben-qing,who is a famous and old traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physician in Chongqing.Chen Xin-yu has engaged in hepatobiliary disease research for many years and has rich experience in clinical treatment of chronic liver disease.This paper summarizes her experience in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Chen Xin-yu considered that the pathological changes of the relationship between viscera,qi and blood,which penetrated the whole course of disease,and she summarized the basic pathogenesis of"disharmony of blood qi".She emphasized etiological treatment and focused on restoring the normal relationship between viscera,qi and blood in the clinical treatment.Based on this theory of qi and blood,she put forward to treat principle of"reconciling qi and blood,dispelling evil and relieving viscera".According to the severity of the disease,she takes medication in stages and levels.At the same time,she pays attention to protecting the vital qi and the function of the visceral function.
