摘　　要：目的探讨治疗性沟通联合家属同步健康教育对乳腺癌患者主观幸福感及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年3月~2019年3月广东省江门市中心医院收治的82例女性乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上采取治疗性沟通联合家属同步健康教育,持续观察至出院后3个月。比较两组的负面情绪、锻炼依从性、主观幸福感及生活质量。结果研究组干预后的症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分低于对照组,总体幸福感量表(GWB)、乳腺癌患者生存质量测定量表(FACT-B)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的锻炼总依从性为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗性沟通联合家属同步健康教育能缓解乳腺癌患者负面情绪,提升锻炼依从性及主观幸福感,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of therapeutic communication combined with synchronous family health education on subjective well-being and quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 82 female breast cancer patients treated in Jiangmen Central Hospital,Guangdong Province from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given therapeutic communication combined with synchronous health education of family members on this basis.The observation lasted until 3 months after discharge.The negative emotions,exercise compliance,subjective well-being and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall well-being scale(GWB)and the quality of life of breast cancer patients(FACT-B)in the study group after nursing care were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exercise total compliance of the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic communication combined with synchronous family health education can alleviate the negative emotions of breast cancer patients,improve exercise compliance and subjective well-being,and improve the quality of life of patients.
