摘  要:《诗经》蕴含着西周至春秋中叶具有特定时代特色的酒文化。《诗经》中的酒种类丰富,承担着祭祀、社交和排忧消愁等功能,反映了两周时期酿酒技术的发达和饮酒之风的盛行,折射了当时的社会风俗和交际礼仪。《诗经》蕴含的饮酒之礼包括举止彬彬、谦让有序、三爵为限、娱宾笃情、酒食宜丰等。此外,这种饮酒礼蕴含着忌酒后失态、忌沉湎于酒和忌强行劝酒等禁忌性规范。《诗经》倡导的酒礼与酒德,对改善当今社会的饮酒风气有一定的借鉴价值。The Book of Songs contains the wine culture from the Western Zhou Dynasty to the middle of the Spring and Autumn Period.The varieties of wine in the Book of Songs is rich,which bears the functions of offering sacrifices,socializing and relieving worries.It reflects the development of wine making technology and the prevailing trend of drinking between the Eastern Zhou Dynasty and Western Zhou Dynasty period,and reflects the social customs and social etiquette at that time.The ritual of drinking contained in the Book of Songs includes well-mannered behavior,modest and orderly,three knights as the limit,entertainment guests,abundant wine and food,etc.In addition,it contains taboo norms such as avoiding losing one’s manners after drinking,avoiding indulging in wine and avoiding forcing on wine.The wine ceremony and wine virtue advocated by the Book of Songs have some reference value for improving the drinking atmosphere in the present society.
