摘　　要：运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计和三段指标评估等研究方法,对伊藤美诚近两年战胜我国女乒主力队员的几场重要比赛进行了全面的统计与分析及其主要技战术运用情况,为我国女乒备战东京奥运会提供理论参考。结果发现:1)发抢段,伊藤美诚以勾手发球为主,动作隐蔽、旋转性强,正反手均可上手且极具搏杀性;2)接抢段,伊藤美诚充分利用生胶摩擦系数小的特点,基本扭转了接抢环节的被动局面,不仅使用率高而且得分率也高;3)伊藤美诚的比赛重心已经完全转移,前四板是其争夺的主要焦点,相对而言相持能力略显不足;4)伊藤美诚的制胜因素主要体现在“快”“凶”“怪”“稳”4个方面,其中速度“快”是其制胜的主要法宝,搏杀“凶”是其制胜的重要技战术手段,生胶“怪”是其制胜的鲜明技术特征,心理“稳”是其制胜的有力保障。By using the methods of literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and three stage index evaluation,this paper makes a comprehensive statistics and analysis of Ito Miwa's victory over the main athletes of Chinese women table tennis in recent two years,as well as the application of the main techniques and tactics,so as to provide a theoretical reference for Chinese women table tennis in preparing for the Dongjing Olympic Games.The results show that,1)In the period of serve and grab,Ito mainly serves with hook,with concealed and strong rotation,both forehand and backhand can be used.2)In the stage of service reception sound attack,Ito made full use of the small friction coefficient of raw rubber and basically reversed the passive situation in the process of receiving and grabbing,with high utilization rate and high scoring rate.3)Ito’s competition focus has been completely shifted,the first four boards are the main focus of its fight,relatively speaking,stalemate ability is slightly insufficient.4)Ito's winning factors are mainly reflected in four aspects,fast,fierce,strange and stable.Among them,fast is the main magic weapon,fighting fierce is the important technical and tactical means,raw rubber strange is the distinctive technical feature,and psychological stable is the powerful guarantee.
