青刺果油皮炎凝胶抗炎止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究青刺果油皮炎凝胶抗炎止痒作用。方法60只雄性小鼠随机分为6组,包括模型对照组、凝胶基质对照组、复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏组和青刺果油皮炎凝胶低、中、高剂量组,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用;60只豚鼠随机分为6组,包括模型对照组、凝胶基质对照组、糠酸莫米松凝胶组和青刺果油皮炎凝胶低、中、高剂量组,采用磷酸组织胺致豚鼠瘙痒观察其止痒作用。结果青刺果油皮炎凝胶中、高剂量组能极显著抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.01),低剂量组能显著抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05);青刺果油皮炎凝胶低、中、高剂量组肿胀抑制率分别为16.17%、32.30%、23.57%。青刺果油皮炎凝胶高剂量组有极显著增高豚鼠致痒阈作用(P<0.01)。结论青刺果油皮炎凝胶具有抗炎、止痒作用。Objective:To study the anti-inflammation and antipruritic effects of Prinsepia Utilis Royle Extract Dermatitis Gel.Methods:60 male mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,including model control group,gel matrix control group,compound dexamethasone acetate cream group,and low,medium,and high-dose groups of Prinsepia Utilis Royle Extract Dermatitis Gel.Histamine phosphate was used to induce the ear swelling in mice to observe its anti-inflammatory effect.60 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 6 groups,including model control group,gel matrix control group,mometasone furoate gel group and Prinsepia Utilis Royle Extract Dermatitis Gel groups of low,medium and high doses.The antipruritic effect of histamine phosphate in the guinea pigs was observed.Results:The medium and high-dose groups of Prinsepia Utilis Royle Extract Dermatitis Gel could very significantly inhibit the ear swelling of the mice(P<0.01),and the low-dose group could significantly inhibit the ear swelling of the mice(P<0.05).The swelling inhibition rates of Prinsepia Utilis Royle Extract Dermatitis Gel of low,medium and high dose groups were 16.17%,32.30% and 23.57% respectively.The high-dose group of Prinsepia Utilis Royle Extract Dermatitis Gel had a very significant effect on increasing the itching threshold of guinea pigs(P<0.01).Conclusion:Prinsepia Utilis Royle Extract Dermatitis Gel has anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects.
