摘  要:以废陶瓷机制砂作为细骨料,研究废陶瓷机制砂取代率与细度模数对混凝土的工作性能与力学性能的影响。结果表明,由于废陶瓷机制砂表面粗糙,因此采用适量废陶瓷机制砂取代河砂可增大颗粒间摩擦力,提高混凝土的强度,但工作性能变差,最佳取代率为50%。废陶瓷机制砂取代率为100%时,降低其细度模数可提高混凝土的抗压强度,但同时使得工作性能下降,最佳细度模数为2.6。In this paper,the influences of content and fineness modulus of scrap ceramics manufactured sand on the working performance and compressive strength of concrete were studied.The results showed that due to the rough surface of the scrap ceramics manufactured sand,the compressive strength of concrete increased by adding proper amount of scrap ceramics manufactured sand to replace river sand to increase the friction force between particles.However,the addition of scrap ceramics manufactured sand also resulted in a worse working performance.The optimum content of scrap ceramics manufactured sand was 50%.When the content of scrap ceramics manufactured sand was 100%,the compressive strength of concrete increased and the working performance became worse by reducing fineness modulus.The optimal fineness modulus of scrap ceramics manufactured sand was 2.6.
