摘 要:研究了不同种类和颗粒级配细骨料和3种聚羧酸减水剂对掺有氟石膏的复合型石膏基地面自流平砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:当细骨料掺量为20%时,掺入石英砂的自流平砂浆流动性和力学性能均优于掺入碳酸钙砂的自流平砂浆;自流平砂浆的流动性与所掺聚羧酸减水剂的分子结构有关;优化后的自流平砂浆30 min流动度增大5 mm,24 h抗折和抗压强度分别为3.3、9.7 MPa,绝干抗折和抗压强度分别为10.6、27.6 MPa,符合JC/T 1023—2007《石膏基自流平砂浆》的要求。The effects of fine aggregates with different kinds and particle sizes and three kinds of superplasticizer on the properties of fluorgypsum-natural gypsum composite based self-leveling mortar were studied.The results showed that when the amount of fine aggregates was 20%,the flow and mechanical properties of the self-leveling mortar with quartz sand were better than that with calcium carbonate sand.The fluidity of the self-leveling mortar was related to the molecular structures of the superplasticizers.The results of optimized self-leveling mortar were as follows:the fluidity increased 5 mm after 30 min,and the 24 h flexural strength,24 h compressive strength,absolute dry flexural strength and absolute dry compressive strength reached 3.3 MPa,9.7 MPa,10.6 MPa and 27.6 MPa,respectively.They could meet the requirements of JC/T 1023—2007"Gypsum based self-leveling floor compound".
