新型聚合物改性防水砂浆及其专用增强剂性能研究

摘　　要：采用三元胶凝材料体系搭配Point-Q型聚合物水泥防水砂浆专用增强剂、再生玻璃材料、碳酸钙粉和苯丙乳液对聚合物水泥防水砂浆进行改性增强。试验结果表明,当硫铝酸盐水泥掺量为26%、增强剂掺量为1.0%、胶砂比为1∶1、液料质量比为1∶3、环境温度为0~40℃时,制备得到的新型防水砂浆强度、黏度、凝结时间抗渗压力较未改性前有所改善,弥补了再生玻璃材料用于防水砂浆时因其表面形貌光滑而产生的砂浆粘结性较差、强度低的缺陷。Point-Q reinforcing agent,recycled glass material,calcium carbonate powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion are used in the ternary cementitious material system to modify and strengthen the polymer cement waterproof mortar.The experimental results show that when the proportion of added Sulphoaluminate cement,the addition of reinforcing agent,the cement-sand ratio,the mass ratio of emulsion to powder and the ambient temperature are at values of 26%,1.0%,1∶1,1∶3 and 0~40℃,the strength,viscosity,setting time and impermeable pressure of the new polymer modified waterproof mortar reach a higher level than before,filling that defects of poor adhesion and low strength caused by the smooth surface of the recycled glass material when it's used in the waterproof mortar.
