摘 要:目的:研究肺结核疾病诊断和鉴别中运用16排螺旋CT的临床价值。方法:开展研究的时间段是2019年5月~2020年6月,选取该时间段内在本院就诊的130例肺结核疾病患者作为主要研究对象,所有患者均接受常规X线检查和16排螺旋CT检查,比较两种影像学方法的诊断准确率。结果:经比较两种影像学方法的诊断准确性,发现16排螺旋CT的诊断准确率显著高于常规X线,两种检查方法的诊断准确率比较存在显著差异,P<0.05;通过对比两种方法的病灶检查结果,发现16排螺旋CT在上叶前、上叶尖后、下叶背段、下叶基底、隐蔽部位的检出率均显著高于常规X线,差异显著(P<0.05),16排螺旋CT检查的正常率显著低于常规X线检查,经比较P<0.05,存在明显差异。结论:在肺结核疾病的临床鉴别和诊断上运用16排螺旋CT检查可获得较高的准确率,为疾病的鉴别和诊断提供科学的影像学依据,以提高临床诊断的准确率,确定病灶情况,辅助制定治疗方案。Objective:To study the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and differentiation of pulmonary tuberculosis.Method:The period of the study was from May 2019 to June 2020.130 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who visited our hospital during this period were selected as the main research objects.All patients received routine X-ray examination and 16-slice spiral CT examination,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two imaging methods was compared.Result:After comparing the diagnostic accuracy of the two imaging methods,it was found that the diagnostic accuracy of 16-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of conventional X-rays.The diagnostic accuracy of the two inspection methods was significantly different,P<0.05;According to the results of the lesion inspection by this method,it was found that the detection rates of 16-slice spiral CT in the front of the upper lobe,behind the tip of the upper lobe,the dorsal segment of the lower lobe,the base of the lower lobe,and hidden parts were significantly higher than those of conventional X-rays,with significant differences(P<0.05),the normal rate of 16-slice spiral CT examination was significantly lower than that of conventional X-ray examination,P<0.05 after comparison,there was a significant difference.Conclusion:The application of 16-slice spiral CT in the clinical differentiation and diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis can obtain a high accuracy rate,which provides scientific imaging basis for the differentiation and diagnosis of the disease,so as to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,determine the lesions,and assist the formulation of treatment plans.
