血管内超声评估冠状动脉重构的研究进展

摘　　要：血管内超声(intravascular ultrasound,IVUS)属于现今医院较为先进的一种检查方式,血管内超声这项检查方式可以很清晰地将患者的心血管断面形态或血流图形显示出来,能够很好地辅助临床主治医师对各种心脏疾病以及心血管疾病进行诊断。血管内超声不仅可以检查出患者的冠状动脉的早期病变,还可以对血管病变的性质进行有效判断。目前,血管内超声技术主要应用在冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块特别是对容易受到损伤的斑块的识别以及心肌桥的诊断和采用药物治疗对斑块影响的评价、冠状动脉重构以及介入治疗效果的评估等。本文旨在对血管内超声评估冠状动脉重构的研究进展进行综述,现内容报告如下。Intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)is one of the most advanced examination methods in hospitals.IVUS can clearly display the cross-section shape or blood flow pattern of patients,and can assist clinical doctors in the diagnosis of various heart diseases and cardiovascular diseases.Intravascular ultrasound can not only detect the early lesions of coronary artery,but also effectively judge the nature of vascular lesions.At present,intravascular ultrasound technology is mainly used in the identification of coronary atherosclerotic plaques,especially vulnerable plaques,the diagnosis of myocardial bridge,the evaluation of the effect of drug treatment on plaques,the evaluation of coronary artery remodeling and the effect of interventional therapy.The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of intravascular ultrasound in evaluating coronary artery remodeling.
