摘　　要：目的:分析利用超声造影(CEUS)引导前列腺穿刺活检进行早期前列腺癌诊断的效果。方法:将本院2019年1月~2019年10月接受的进行前列腺癌检查的120例患者作为研究对象,其中有20例患者患有前列腺癌,其余100名患者均无前列腺癌。对患者使用超声造影(CEUS)引导前列腺穿刺活检,对阳性检出率以及检测特异性进行分析,判断超声造影(CEUS)引导前列腺穿刺活检的有效性。结果:超声造影(CEUS)引导前列腺穿刺活检的阳性检测率为80%,特异性为96%,诊断效果较好,P<0.05。结论:在对前列腺癌患者进行早期诊断的过程中,可以使用超声造影(CEUS)引导前列腺穿刺活检的方法,能够有效诊断早期的前列腺癌,避免癌细胞大面积扩散的状况出现,值得在今后的前列腺癌诊断中应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of prostate biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in early diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods:120 patients who underwent prostate cancer examination in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research object,of which 20 patients had prostate cancer and the remaining 100 patients had no prostate cancer.Prostate biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)is used for patients.Positive detection rate and detection specificity are analyzed to judge the effectiveness of prostate biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS).Results:CEUS-guided prostate biopsy showed a positive detection rate of 80%and specificity of 96%,with a good diagnostic effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of early diagnosis of prostate cancer patients,ultrasound contrast(CEUS)can be used to guide prostate biopsy,which can effectively diagnose early prostate cancer and avoid large-area spread of cancer cells.It is worthy of application in the future diagnosis of prostate cancer.
