全身麻醉联合区域神经阻滞在结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨全身麻醉联合区域神经阻滞在结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月于本院治疗的实施腹腔镜手术的直肠癌患者240例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各120例,对照组患者实施全麻复合硬膜外阻滞,实验组实施全身麻醉联合区域外神经阻滞,综合对比两组患者手术恢复期排气时间、卧床时间以及住院时间和不同时期VAS评分比较。结果:实验组患者排气时间、卧床时间以及住院时间均较对照组的实验数据短,同时实验组患者术后6h以及12h的VAS评分均低于对照组,两组数据之间存在显著性差异,结果具有统计学意义,两组患者术后24h的VAS评分差异不具有统计学意义。结论:全身麻醉联合区域神经阻滞应用于结直肠癌腹腔镜手术中可以明显降低缩短患者排气时间、卧床时间以及住院时间,减少应激反应同时有效缓解术后疼痛。Objective:To analyze the value of general anesthesia combined with regional nerve block in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 240 patients with rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with 120 patients.Epidural block,the experimental group implemented general anesthesia combined with extra-regional nerve block,and compared the exhaust time,bed time,hospitalization time and VAS scores of different periods in the two groups.Results:The exhaust time,bed time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than the experimental data of the control group.At the same time,the VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group at 6 hours and 12 hours.There was a significant difference between the two groups of data.The results were statistically significant,and there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups after 24 hours.Conclusion:The application of general anesthesia combined with regional nerve block in laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer can significantly reduce shortening of patients’exhaust time,bed time and hospital stay,reduce stress response and effectively relieve postoperative pain.
