摘  要:目的:对机械通气治疗的危重症患者应用免疫增强型肠内营养乳剂,并分析其应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月~2019年9月到本院进行机械通气治疗的102例危重症患者,将其分为两组:对照组51例,进行标准营养(能全力);观察组51例,进行免疫增强营养(瑞能)。比较两组患者1d和7d后的免疫指标及有创机械通气时间、ICU停留时间。结果:观察组患者肠内营养7d后IgG、IgM、CD4、CD4/CD8等指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的有创机械通气时间、ICU住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对机械通气治疗的危重症患者肠内营养中应用免疫增强型营养剂可改善患者免疫功能,缩短有创机械通气时间及ICU住院时间。Objective:To apply immune-enhanced enteral nutritional emulsion to critically ill patients treated with mechanical ventilation,and analyze its application effect.Methods:A total of 102 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital for mechanical ventilation from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into two groups:51 patients in the control group were given standard nutrition(full strength);Observation group of 51 cases,immune enhancement nutrition(Ruieren).The immune indexes,invasive mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time after 1d and 7d were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 days of enteral nutrition,IgG,IgM,CD4,CD4/CD8 and other indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of invasive mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In critically ill patients treated with mechanical ventilation,the application of immunoenhanced nutritional agents in enteral nutrition can improve patients’immune function,shorten the time of invasive mechanical ventilation and ICU stay.
