摘　　要：目的:观察24h血压动态监测仪在冠心病合并高血压患者治疗中的效果。方法:收集50例冠心病合并高血压患者临床资料,时间2018年12月~2019年12月,为观察组,以同期入院的50例单纯高血压患者为对照组,均接受24h血压动态监测,对比分析监测结果。结果:观察组患者白昼平均舒张压、夜晚平均舒张压、24h平均舒张压、24h舒张压、舒张压总负荷均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者白昼平均收缩压、夜晚平均收缩压、24h平均收缩压、收缩压总负荷均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病合并高血压患者治疗中实施24h血压动态监测,可对患者昼夜血压变化波动情况进行客观监测,有利于及时调整用药方案,减少对患者心脑肾等靶器官的伤害。Objective:To observe the effect of 24h blood pressure dynamic monitor in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension.Methods:Clinical data of 50 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were collected from December 2018 to December 2019 in the observation group.50 patients with simple hypertension who were hospitalized during the same period were taken as the control group.Results:The day average diastolic blood pressure,night average diastolic blood pressure,24h average diastolic blood pressure,24h average diastolic blood pressure and total diastolic blood pressure load in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The day average systolic blood pressure,night average systolic blood pressure,24h average systolic blood pressure and total systolic blood pressure load of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of 24-hour dynamic blood pressure monitoring in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension can objectively monitor the fluctuations of circadian blood pressure in patients,which is conducive to timely adjustment of the medication regimen and reduces the damage to target organs such as heart,brain and kidney.
