摘 要:目的:探讨呼吸机治疗患者进行早期肠内营养的效果。方法:将2017年1月~2019年10月本院重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)采用呼吸机治疗的120例危重症患者随机分为2组各60例,对照组实施延迟肠内营养,观察组实施早期肠内营养,比较两组的营养指标、免疫功能指标。结果:治疗后,白蛋白、血红蛋白在观察组中均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4/CD8在观察组中均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养用于ICU危重症患者呼吸机治疗期间,可改善患者营养状况和免疫功能。Objective:To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition in patients treated with ventilator.Methods:From January 2017 to October 2019,120 critically ill patients in intensive care unit(ICU)of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.Delayed enteral nutrition was used in the control group,and early enteral nutrition was used in the observation group.Nutritional index and immune function index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,albumin,hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),CD3+,CD4/CD8 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status and immune function of ICU critical patients during the ventilator treatment.
