摘 要:植物油是人们日常生活中的重要消费产品,与人类健康和生活质量密切相关。藜麦富含油脂,且不饱和脂肪酸含量高,具有良好的营养保健功能,具有极大的开发潜力。在分析国内外藜麦油脂含量、组成、应用价值等方面进展基础上,本文结合我国藜麦发展趋势,分析藜麦油脂开发潜力、难点和解决策略,同时对藜麦油脂开发利用和市场前景进行了展望,以期为藜麦油脂深入研究和应用提供参考,促进藜麦深加工和产业发展。Vegetable oil is an important consumer product in people's daily life and is closely related to human health and quality of life.Quinoa is rich in oils and has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids.It has good nutrition and health functions and has great development potential.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign quinoa oil content,composition,application value,this article combines the development trend of quinoa in my country to analyze the development potential,difficulties and solutions of quinoa oil.At the same time,the development and utilization of quinoa oil and its market prospects were prospected,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth research and application of quinoa oil,and promote the deep processing and industrial development of quinoa.
