摘　　要：温室卷帘机限位装置在我国西北严寒风雪环境中运用时的安全性和可靠性不够,经常出现保温被翻过后墙的事故发生。本文通过分析目前常用温室卷帘机自动限位的工作原理和特点,探讨防后翻装置在西北严寒地区温室卷帘机运用中存在的主要问题和安全隐患,改进设计了以水银开关为基础的温室卷帘机防后翻装置系统,从而实现了保温被的安全卷放。有效解决了极端严寒天气下机构失灵导致保温被坠落等问题。通过试验测试表明该装置运行稳定、性能可靠、成本低,可有效降低农民劳动强度,促进设施农业节本增效。The safety and reliability of the limit device of greenhouse curtain rolling machine are not enough when it is used in the severe cold and snowstorm environment in Northwest China,and accidents often occur when the thermal insulation is turned over the back wall.By analyzing the working principle and characteristics of automatic limit of greenhouse curtain rolling machine,this paper discusses the main problems and potential safety hazards in the design of anti-rollover device in Northwest frigid area,improves and designs the anti-rollover device system of greenhouse curtain rolling machine based on mercury switch,thus realizing the safety of thermal insulation quilt.Roll up.It effectively solves the problems of the thermal insulation falling due to the failure of the mechanism in extreme cold weather.Long-term test results show that the system runs stably,has reliable performance and low cost.It can effectively reduce the labor intensity of farmers and promote cost-saving and efficiency of facility agriculture.
