摘 要:传统的护理绩效分配以科室经济效益为考核内容,未体现护理的价值和贡献。如何建立科学高效的护理垂直绩效分配体系及运行模式,使护理系统得到最优运转,是护理管理者迫切需要思考和解决的问题。本文旨在介绍护理垂直绩效分配体系的构建及具体的实施方法,对实施后的效果进行分析,以期为开展护理垂直绩效管理提供借鉴和思路。The traditional nursing performance distribution takes the economic benefits of the department as the assessment content, which does not reflect the value and contribution of nursing. Nursing managers need to establish a scientific and efficient nursing vertical performance distribution system and operation mode to make the nursing system operate optimally. This article introduced the construction of the nursing vertical performance system, implementation of the new system and evaluation of the results. It is expected to provide some ideas for the development of nursing vertical performance management.
