摘 要:目的 :研究基于DISC性格类型的情景模拟在门诊抽血组机动护士培训中的应用效果。方法 :选择自2019年4月至2020年2月门诊抽血组招募的机动护士,将其随机分为干预组和对照组各40名。对照组给予传统培训,干预组给予基于DISC性格类型的情景模拟培训。比较两组机动护士的理论、操作、绩效考评结果及职业获益感和整体工作满意度。结果 :干预组机动护士在理论、操作、绩效考评结果及职业获益感和整体工作满意度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 :基于DISC性格类型的情景模拟培训,可提高门诊抽血组机动护士的理论水平、专业技能水平、职业获益感和整体工作满意度。Objective: To examine the effects of scenario simulation training based on DISC personality in nurses who are flexible in the blood drawing group of an outpatient department. Methods: From April 2019 to February 2020, nurses who met the inclusion criteria were recruited and randomized into the interventional group and the control group with 40 nurses in each group. Nurses in the interventional group received scenario simulation training based on DISC personality, while those in the control group received usual training. The scores of theory and skill examinations, perceived professional benefits, and job satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of theory and skill examinations, perceived professional benefits, and job satisfaction of nurses in the interventional group were significantly higher than those of nurses in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: The scenario simulation training based on DISC personality can improve the comprehensive skills, perceived professional benefits and job satisfaction of nurses who are flexible in the blood drawing group of an outpatient department.
