摘　　要：催化剂成型是催化剂制备工艺中的关键步骤,研究催化剂成型的影响因素对成型工艺的优化具有重要的指导意义。本文以压片成型为例,分别从催化剂粉体的性质、助剂、成型条件三个方面简述了成型过程对成型效果的影响。Catalyst forming is the key step during the process of catalyst preparation.It is of great significance to study the influence factors of catalyst forming for the optimization of forming process.In this paper,based on molding forming process,the influence of the forming process on the forming effect was briefly described from the three aspects of the properties of the catalyst powder,additives and the forming conditions.
