摘 要:以不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)、苯乙烯(St)和固化剂制备样品A;以UPR、St、固化剂、抗氧化剂和抗紫外剂制备样品B。通过热重分析法(TG)来研究UPR的热分解动力学以及抗氧化剂和抗紫外剂对UPR热分解反应的影响。运用Coats-Redfern和Ozawa模型得到UPR热分解反应动力学参数。结果表明:样品A在10%~30%的失重率下反应活化能在58~77kJ/mol之间;样品B在10%~30%的失重率下反应活化能在100~112kJ/mol之间。抗氧剂和抗紫外剂的加入使UPR的热分解需要更高的活化能,增强了UPR的耐热性。UPR热分解反应为一级反应,抗氧剂和抗紫外剂对UPR热分解反应级数没有影响。The sample A is prepared with unsaturated polyester resin(UPR), styrene(St)and curing agent;The sample B is prepared with UPR,St, curing agent, antioxidants and anti-ultraviolet agent. The thermogravimetry(TG)is used to study the thermal decomposition kinetics of UPR and the effects of the antioxidant and the anti-ultraviolet agent on the thermal decomposition of UPR. The Coats-Redfern and Ozawa models are used to ob-tain the kinetics parameters of the thermal decomposition reaction of UPR. The results show that the reaction activation energy of sample A is between58 and 77 kJ/mol at a weight loss rate of 10% to 30%;the reaction activation energy of sample B is between 100 and 112 kJ/mol at a weight loss rate of 10% to 30%. With the addition of antioxidant and anti-ultraviolet agent, the thermal decomposition of UPR needs higher activation energy, and the heat resistance of UPR is enhanced. The thermal decomposition of UPR is a first-order reaction, which is independent of antioxidant and anti-ultravi-olet agent.
