摘  要:采用经高温煅烧后的医用级氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾作为骨粘合剂的固相,生理盐水为液相,制备可降解镁基骨粘合剂(MBA)试样,还通过模拟体液浸泡(SBF)来评价MBA试样的生物降解性能。结果表明:MBA试样在SBF溶液浸泡过程中pH值呈上升趋势,且进行均匀性降解。浸泡27d后,MBA试样的相成分和微观结构发生了很大变化,氧化镁转变为氢氧化镁,六水磷酸镁钾溶解,使得MBA试样孔径增大,结构疏松。The medical grade magnesium oxide and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are used as the solid phase of bone adhesive after calcination at high temperature, and the physiological saline is used as the liquid phase to prepare the degradable magnesium-based bone adhesive(MBA)samples. The simulated body fluid soak(SBF) is also used to evaluate the biodegradability of MBA samples. The results show that the p H value of the MBA sample during the soak process in the SBF solution shows an upward trend, and the degradation is uniform. After 27 days of soak, the phase composition and microstructure of the MBA sample changes a lot. The magnesium oxide transforms into the magnesium hydroxide, and the magnesium potassium phosphate hexahydrate dissolves, which makes the pore size of the MBA sample increase and the structure loose.
