摘 要:为了获得更好介电性能的氰酸酯胶粘剂材料,采用自合成的单官能团氰酸酯改性氰酸酯树脂。研究了单官能氰酸酯对胶粘剂的反应活性、介电性能、力学性能以及动态热机械行为的影响。自制促进剂对氰酸酯树脂的固化具有较高的促进作用,配合单官能氰酸酯能实现中温固化。研究结果表明,单官能氰酸酯能有效提高固化反应程度、介电性能和力学性能。当单官能氰酸酯加入量为10%(wt),促进剂加入量为2%(wt)时,固化起始反应温度降为126.6℃,介电损耗降为0.0041,室温剪切强度30.2MPa,板-板剥离强度为36.2N/cm,玻璃化转变温度降低50℃左右。The cyanate ester resins is modified wtih the self-synthesized monofunctional cyanate ester to obtain a higher dielectric property. The effects of the monofunctional cyanate on the reaction activity, dielectric, mechanical and dynamic mechanical behavior are studied. The curing of cyanate ester resin can be promoted greatly by the self-made accelerator, and the curing at medium temperature can be realized by the combination of monofunctional cyanate ester. The results indicate that the monofunctional cyanates can effectively enhance the degree of curing reaction, improve the dielectric properties and mechanical properties. When the amount of monofunctional cyanates is 10%(wt) and the amount of accelerator is 2%(wt),the initial reaction temperature declines to 126.6° C, the dielectric loss is 0.0041, the shear strength is 30.2 MPa at room temperature, the peeling strength is 36.2 N/cm, and the glass transition temperature decreases by about 50°C.
