摘  要:优选α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,以气相白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙作为填料,搭配适量交联剂、偶联剂、固化促进剂、催化剂等功能助剂,研制出一种硫化速度快、存贮性能稳定的单组分硅橡胶密封胶。试验研究了自制固化促进剂与贮存稳定剂用量对密封胶表层表干、深层固化、挤出性保持率以及贮存稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,自制固化促进剂添加量达到0.4%时,可以有效缩短密封胶深层固化时间、表面硫化速率等物理性能,而且明显改善了密封胶力学性能及耐湿热老化性;同时,添加0.5%的贮存稳定剂,有效地提升了密封胶的贮存稳定性能,有良好的研发与推广前景。It is preferable to use α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the base polymer, with fumed silica and nano-calcium carbonate as fillers, together with appropriate cross-linking agents, coupling agents, curing accelerators, catalysts and other functional additives, a one-component silicone rubber sealant with fast curing speed and stable storage performance are developed. The influences of the amount of self-made curing accel-erator and storage stabilizer on the surface dryness of the sealant, deep curing, extrudability retention rate and storage stability are studied. The re-search results show that when the amount of self-made curing accelerator reaches 0.4%, the physical properties such as deep curing time and surface vulcanization rate of the sealant can be effectively shortened, and the mechanical properties of the sealant and the resistance to moisture and heat ag-ing are obviously improved;meanwhile, the addition of 5% storage stabilizer has effectively improved the storage stability of the sealant, and has good prospects of research,development and promotion.
