摘 要:难溶化合物溶解度的测定比较困难,以难溶化合物氟化钙为分析对象,探讨了离子色谱法测定难溶化合物溶解度的可行性,该方法氟化钙最低检出限为5.8×10^(-7)g,远低于氟化钙溶解度0.0020g。实验表明,相比传统化学分析方法,离子色谱法灵敏度、准确度高,更易操作,且具有较低检出限等优点。研究成果弥补了难溶化合物在不同pH值和温度下溶解度值定量方法的空白,为其他化合物溶解度的离子色谱法测定提供参考。It is a relatively challenging work to determine the solubility of insoluble compounds. The feasibility of using ion chromatography to determine the solubility of insoluble compounds is explored with the insoluble calcium fluoride as the test object. The result shows that the minimum detection limit of calcium fluoride is 5.8×10^(-7) g, far lower than its solubility value 0.0020 g. The experiment demonstrates that the ion chromatography has advantages such as high sensitivity and accuracy, convenient operation and lower detection limits compared with the traditional chemical analysis methods. This study fills the research gap in the quantitatively determining the solubility of insoluble compounds at different p H values and tempera-ture, and can be used as a reference for the determination of the solubility of other compounds by ion chromatography.
