摘　　要：当前,信息化的发展推动了我国高等教育的飞速发展,职业道德作为高校教师个人修养、专业技能以及师生关系方面的先导,面临着更大的挑战。该文阐述了高校青年教师职业道德的发展现状以及信息化背景下如何提升高校青年教师的职业道德,从而致力于建立一支德才兼备的青年教师队伍。At present,the development of information technology has promoted the rapid development of higher education in China.Professional ethics,as the prerequisite of college teachers'personal cultivation,professional skills,and teacher-student relationship,are facing greater challenges.This paper expounds the development status of the professional ethics of young college teachers and how to improve their professional ethics under the background of information technology,so as to establish a team of young teachers with both ability and professional ethics.
