摘　　要：该文以大学生宿舍文化与学风为研究对象,首先结合实证考察分析了当下大学宿舍所存在的问题,接着指出建设优良宿舍文化与学风的意义,最后研究了建设宿舍文化与学风的具体措施,以期为大学宿舍管理工作提供参考。Taking college dormitory culture and style of study as the research object,this paper first analyzes the existing problems in college dormitories with empirical investigation,then points out the significance of building a good dormitory culture and style of study,and finally studies specific measures to build dormitory culture and style of study,with a view to providing reference for college dormitory management.
