福建省枢纽经济与电子信息产业集群发展路径

摘　　要：在对枢纽经济与电子信息产业集群发展相关文献研究的基础上,明确相关概念,分析福建省枢纽经济及电子信息产业集群发展现状,理论结合实际地开展对电子信息产业集群视角下福建省发展枢纽经济可行性进行探讨,并进一步应用灰色关联度和回归分析模型对福建省通过信息产业集群促进枢纽经济飞跃发展的可行性进行分析,得出福建省通过电子信息产业集群促进枢纽经济的发展是完全可行的结论。并在此基础上,提出福建省枢纽经济背景下发展电子信息产业集群路径,通过龙头企业的核心竞争力建设,带动集群产业优化;以产业集群依托产业园区,建立完整的电子信息产业链;优化电子信息产业结构;发展高附加值的创新核心枝术;配套新一代电子信息基础设施,满足大数据时代经济发展要求;给予融资优惠的专项资金,扶持电子信息中小企业的技术创新。Exploring theory from practice,feasibility of developing hub economy in Fujian Province from the perspective of electronic information industry cluster is discussed.Furthermore,method of grey correlation degree is applied to analyze the correlation between electronic information industry cluster and hub economy in Fujian Province,and the regression equation is established to analyze the effect of electronic information industry cluster on local transportation economy.It is found that the industrial scale have the greatest influence on hub economy,and employment environment has the least influence on the hub economy,with industrial supporting facilities in the middle;at present,the electronic information industry cluster in Fujian Province has a slack effect on the development of the hub economy;it is feasible for Fujian Province to promote the rapid development of hub economy through electronic information industry cluster.On this basis,five suggestions are put forward regarding the development path of electronic information industry cluster under the background of Fujian Province's hub economy:construction of core competitiveness of leading enterprises,establishment of electronic information industry chain,optimization of electronic information industry structure,supporting of the new-generation electronic information infrastructure and policies as well as financial support.
