福建省建莲产业文化提升策略研究

摘　　要：莲文化是中国农业文化的重要组成部分,"建莲"是全国著名的三大子莲之一,在莲文化构建及发展中有着十分重要的作用。将丰富的农业文化转换为实际生产力是突破农业产业发展瓶颈的重要手段。本研究从建莲农业文化的角度研究建莲产业提升策略,分析了建莲农业文化资源本底、建莲产业发展现状和相关农业文化在产业中利用情况,以及当前建莲产业在发展中存在的种莲比较效益低下、建莲产品单一和品牌运作缺乏合力等问题。运用层次分析法(AHP)、德尔菲法、模糊数学九分制评分法等,通过构建建莲文化资源价值综合评价模型,评价相关农业文化的产业效应,并对建莲单体农业文化资源进行评分、分类。强化农业文化资源整合利用、促进建莲文化与产业融合和强化建设建莲品牌区隔等以农业文化为抓手,促进建莲产业健康可持续发展。The lotus culture is an important part of China's agricultural culture.As one of the three major lotus seed industries in China,Jianlian has a very important role in the overall lotus culture.Converting rich agricultural culture into productivity is an important means to break through the bottleneck of agricultural industry development.From the perspective of agricultural culture,strategy of improving the Jianlian industry was analyzed:Jianlian agriculture resources were sorted,Jianlian industry status quo was assessed,utilizing of the agricultural culture in the industry was studied,and problems in the development of Jianlian industry,such as low comparative benefit of planting lotus,single product of Jianlian and lack of joint force of brand operation,were also addressed.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Delphi method,fuzzy mathematics nine score grading,through the construction of Jianlian cultural resources value comprehensive evaluation model,the industrial effect of related agricultural culture was evaluated,and the individual agricultural culture resources of Jianlian were scored and classified.Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Jianlian industry were put forward:strengthening the integration and utilization of agricultural culture resources,promoting the integration of Jianlian culture and industry,and strengthening the construction of Jianlian brand separation.
