摘 要:文章采用水热法合成TiO2,以钛酸四丁酯和乙醇为原料,研究水热温度对TiO2形貌的影响,通过SEM以及XRD表征得到:在110℃水热时,TiO2形貌最好,衍射峰最强。还通过实验研究了可见光下TiO2对溶液中的甲基橙废水的光催化降解性能,实验结果表明在水热110℃下制备的TiO2催化剂,在加入量为0.15g,在300W氙灯模拟可见光照射1.5h条件下,对质量浓度为20mg/L,体积为150mL甲基橙溶液降解率达到85.7%,由此说明其具有良好的光催化活性。In this paper,TiO2 was synthesized by hydrothermal method.With tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol were used as raw materials,the effect of hydrothermal temperature on the morphology of TiO2 was studied.The results of SEM and XRD showed that the morphology of TiO2 was the best and the diffraction peak was the strongest at 110℃.The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange wastewater by TiO2 under visible light was also studied.The experimental results show that when the amount of TiO2 catalyst prepared at hydrothermal 110℃is 0.15g and irradiated by 300W xenon lamp under simulated visible light for 1.5h,the degradation rate of 150mL methyl orange solution is 85.7%when the mass concentration is 20mg/L,which shows that it has good photocatalytic activity.
