大型商业综合体消防监督管理现状及应对策略

摘　　要：城市的快速发展,推动了经济的进步,城市中的商业综合体越来越多。商业综合体是时代的发展必然,全面满足了人们生活需求,但在繁荣的背后,也隐藏了许多不安定因素,商业综合体空间大、火灾荷载分布密集、单位面积人口数量多,这是其主要的特点,也给消防工作带来了一定的难度。只有全面强化对大型城市商业综合体消防监督管理,及时排除隐患,才能确保安全。文章通过对大型城市商业综合体存在消防问题进行系统的分析,其后针对不同问题提出管理措施与方法。The rapid development of the city has promoted the economic progress,and there are more and more commercial complexes in the city.The commercial complex is the necessity of the development of the times,which meets the needs of people's life in an all-round way,but behind the prosperity,many unstable factors are hidden.The commercial complex has a large space,dense fire load distribution and a large number of people per unit area.This is its main feature,but it brings about some difficulties to the fire control work.Only by comprehensively strengthening the fire supervision and management of large-scale urban commercial complex and eliminating hidden dangers in time can safety be ensured.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the fire protection problems existing in large-scale urban commercial complex,and then puts forward management measures and methods according to different problems.
