摘  要:气力输送技术是通过密闭的管道进行物料输送的,它具有方便、快捷、环保等优点,有着其它普通输送方式所无法比拟的特点。另一方面,在输送过程中,气力输送可实现定量分流,有效控制工艺流程,并能实现各种工艺过程之间的无缝连接。文章将简述气力输送的基本概念,工作原理及其分类,根据其优缺点和在实际中的应用来探讨固体物料气力输送中给料设备的选型。Pneumatic transportation technology is used to transport materials through close-line pipes.It has the advantages of convenience,rapidity and environmental protection,and has the incomparable characteristics compared with other ordinary transportation modes.On the other hand,in the process of conveying,pneumatic transportation can realize quantitative diversion,effectively control the process flow,and realize the seamless connection between various technological processes.This paper will briefly describe the basic concept of pneumatic transportation,working principle and classification,and,according to its advantages and disadvantages and practical application,explores the selection of feeding equipment in pneumatic conveying of solid materials.
