摘　　要：针对当前智慧社区建设所面临的主要问题,从重庆市智慧社区的建设者角度出发,结合重庆市多个街道智慧社区建设实践经验,通过剖析社区数据服务与应用功能需求,综合考虑数据汇聚分发、社会治理下沉、社区服务共享等因素,提出以街道为单位开展智慧社区平台建设的系统架构和运营模式,打造智慧社区建设样板,为重庆市智慧社区标准化建设提供参考。In the face of difficulties from the perspective of building smart communities,which were searched and practiced several smart communities in Chongqing.Considering data aggregation and distribution,social governance sinking,community service sharing and other factors,we analysed community data service and application requirements.This paper proposes the system architecture and platform construction in the street.It will create a model of smart community construction,and provide reference for the standardization construction of smart community in Chongqing.
