世界经济体系下的中东经济地位

摘　　要：第二次世界大战结束后,为实现民族复兴,独立后的中东国家积极探索经济发展之路,经历了不同类型的经济发展阶段,虽然取得了一定的成就,但也面临很多问题。20世纪80年代,在全球化浪潮的冲击下,中东国家开始实施经济改革和结构调整,但依然未能有效解决经济发展问题。“阿拉伯之春”后,中东进入漫长的政治、经济和社会转型期。作为世界经济体系中的重要组成部分之一,中东国家经济改革,既是国内政治形势的需要,也是对全球化的自然回应。从中东经济规模和发展水平看,中东经济处于世界经济体系的边缘地带。但是,从能源储量、地理位置、传统与文化,以及对国际政治格局和世界经济体系的影响来看,中东经济在世界经济体系中占据重要位置。未来中东经济仍将深受世界经济形势,尤其是受国际油价波动的影响。After the end of World WarⅡ,in order to achieve national rejuvenation,Middle East countries actively explored the economic development path,experienced different types of economic development stages,made certain achievements,but also faced many problems.In the 1980s,under the impact of globalization,the Middle East countries began to implement economic reform and structural adjustment,but still failed to effectively solve the economic development problems.After Arab Spring,Middle East countries has entered a long period of political,economic and social transformation.As a member of world economic system,the economic reform of Middle East countries is not only the need of domestic political situation,but also the natural response to globalization.Judging from the economic scale and development level,Middle East economy is in the marginal zone of the world economic system.However,in terms of energy reserves,geographical location,tradition and culture,as well as its impact on the international political pattern and the world economic system,Middle East economy is in the important part of the world economic system.In the future,Middle East economy will still be deeply affected by world economic situation,especially the fluctuation of oil prices.
