摘  要:运用熵值法测算了2002—2018年我国大部分省、自治区、直辖市的科技创新指数;运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数构建计量模型,实证检验了科技创新的影响因素。结果表明:东北、华东和华北地区科技创新指数在全国平均水平之上;西南地区科技创新指数波动最小,华北地区次之,然后依次为华中、西北和东北地区,华东和华南地区科技创新指数波动幅度最大;财政科技投入水平、科技人员当量和邮电业务额对科技创新指数产生显著的正向影响,且具有典型的区域异质性特征。总之,样本考察期内,我国7大区域科技创新指数整体上呈现动态上升的变动趋势,具有较强的地域差异和时空差异。This article uses the entropy method to measure the scientific and technological innovation indexes of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2002 to 2018;uses the Cobb Douglas production function to build the econometric model to empirically test the influencing factors of technological innovation.The results show that:scientific and technological innovation indexes in Northeast China,East China and North China is above the national average level;the fluctuation in Southwest China is the smallest,followed by North China,and then is in central China,Northwest China and Northeast China,and the largest fluctuation is in East China and South China;the level of financial investment in science and technology,professional personnel Equivalence and post and telecommunications business volume have a significant positive impact,and have typical regional heterogeneity characteristics.In short,during the period of sample investigation,the scientific and technological innovation indexes of seven regions in China present a dynamic rising trend as a whole with strongly regional and time-space differences.
