基于CiteSpace国内跨文化护理研究演化路径分析

摘　　要：目的梳理国内跨文化护理研究的发展脉络,以呈现该领域的研究热点及发展趋势,为国内跨文化护理研究提供参考。方法以中国知网收录1996~2019年跨文化护理研究590篇文献为基础数据,运用CiteSpace进行共词分析、时序图谱和突发词图谱分析,挖掘国内跨文化护理研究的前沿热点。结果国内研究形成10个主题聚类,代表了跨文化护理研究的10个热点。时间线视图提示国内跨文化护理研究呈现由多元文化引入、实施,到本土化跨文化护理理论研究转向的特征。结论跨文化护理研究在国内研究受到持续关注,但是目前还有较大的研究空间,相关部门要加大对跨文化护理人才的培养和研究经费的投入,从而深化我国的跨文化护理研究。Objective To summarize the developing trend of trans-cultural nursing research in China,in order to show this field hotspots and developing trend and provide reference for trans-cultural nursing research in China.Methods Five hundred and ninety articles of trans-cultural nursing collected by CNKI(1996~2019)were used as the basic data.Co-word analysis,timeline view and visual analysis of sudden detection were conducted by using the CiteSpace software,to find out hotspots.Results Hotspots formed 10 thematic clusters that represents 10 hotspots in trans-cultural nursing research.The timeline view informed trans-cultural nursing research were multiculturalism,implement and characteristic of localization trans-cultural nursing research transferring.Conclusion Trans-cultural nursing research received continuous attention,however,there is a large space for research,relevant departments should enlarge investment to the cultivation of trans-cultural nursing talents and research,in order to deepen trans-cultural nursing research.
